Chicken A La Rose

Ingredients:

  • 1 can crused pineapple
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tbsp hp sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp worsershire sauce
  • 2 cups rice
  • 5 chicken parts (parts of your choice; legs, thighs etc.)

Directions:

  1. Place chicken parts on baking sheet and sprinkle with seasoning salt
  2. Mix tomato soup,pineapple,corn syrup,mustard,HP,sauce parsley, and worstershire sauce in pot
  3. Bring to boil stirring often
  4. Simmer 15 minutes
  5. Cook rice
  6. Serve pineapple sauce over rice with chicken on top!
