Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine oregano and pepper in a small dish.
  3. Rub seasonings into chicken.
  4. Arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  5. Blend together olive oil and lemon juice.
  6. Pour over chicken pieces.
  7. Bake 40 minutes, until tender.
