Greek-style Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub seasonings all over chicken.
  4. Arrange chicken parts in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  5. Blend together olive oil and lemon juice.
  6. Pour over chicken.
  7. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
