Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cube potatoes into 1 inches pieces and place in a 11X8 glass pan or baking pan.
  2. Add the 1/2 cup water and 1 TBSP of Butter to prevent them from drying.
  3. Cook on 325 degrees until they come apart with a fork. About 20-30 minutes. You want the potatoes to be a little brown and toasty. Drain any excess liquid off you can leave some if you wish for sauce to be thinner.
  4. Add the 8oz tub of French Onion Dip and mix well. Add Bacon, Mozzarella, and Cheddar Cheese.
  5. Put it back in the oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve Warm.
