Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Miracle Whip with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add scallions and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours. (Now, don't ask me why, but the flavor just gets better that way!)
  5. Place onto a serving platter and form into a football shape.
  6. Sprinkle evenly with the bacon bits.
  7. Use the roasted red pepper strips to form one long horizontal strip and then 4 laces vertically.
  8. Serve with Ritz® crackers and a knife to spread.
