Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet or soup pot, begin to brown and crumble sausage over medium-high heat.
  2. Carefully drain off excess drippings.
  3. Add celery and onions to sausage and continue to cook over medium heat until vegetables are slightly tender and sausage is no longer pink.
  4. Add baked beans, barbecue sauce and mix well.
  5. Add tomatoes and seasoning to mixture.
  6. Simmer together for 5 to 10 minutes and serve in a large bowl.
  7. Garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream and diced green onions on top if desired.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips.
  9. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
  10. Refrigerate leftovers.
  11. *Drainexcess liquid from tomatoes for thicker dip.
