Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, beat together eggs, broth, sour cream and mustard.
  2. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and mushrooms.
  3. Pour into greased 2 quart oval or 12x8x2 inch baking dish.
  4. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
  5. Uncover; bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
  6. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish as desired.
