Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp granted ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 200 g green peas
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame

Directions:

  1. Sauce the Mutton Chops with ginger and sesame oil and put it in your fridge about 2 hours to rest.
  2. Heat your wok and to stir fry your Mutton chop until the sauce turns brown.
  3. Add Spring onions and Green Peas and cook them about 30 seconds.
  4. Add Lemon juice, honey, coriander and sesame in your Saucepan.
  5. Add this honey sauce in your wok and heat it until it pearling.
