Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, egg, and nutmeg. form into meatballs and refridgerate until needed
  2. Soften onions in a small amount of water over low heat- 20 min.
  3. Add tomatoes. simmer 20 min.
  4. In a food processer, grind up the cashews, then add the hot mix of onion and tomato. puree.
  5. Put the mixture back on the heat and add spices
  6. Add meatballs and evaporated milk - simmer for 20 min.
  7. Add a splash of garam masala at the end.
