Ingredients:

  1. In a large bowl, combine carrots, marshmallows, pineapple chunks, raisins, and coconut.
  2. Toss lightly to mix.
  3. Mix in mayonnaise.
  4. Carefully fold in whipped cream.
  5. (the recipe doesn't say, but I think you should whip it first!) Can be frozen.
