Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp light miso
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp gingerroot (grated)
  • 1 tsp water

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until the dressing coats a back of a spoon.
  2. Enjoy over any salad with lots of cabbage!
  3. Bon Apetite.
