Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • salt , pinch
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients and mix very well.
  2. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake for 25- 30 minutes at 350.
