Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour pans.
  3. Drain pineapple (reserving half the juice).
  4. In large bowl cream sugar and oil, beat in eggs, add dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in pineapple, reserved juice, carrots and nuts.
  6. Pour batter into pans (3 pans 8 or 9 inches in diameter).
  7. Bake 20-40 minutes.
  8. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
