Directions:

  1. To make the dressing,.................................
  2. Combine the yogurt, sour
  3. Cream, chutney, vinegar, lemon juice, allspice
  4. And pepper in a medium bowl........
  5. Trim the fat from the roast beef.
  6. Stack beef slices then cut lengthwise in half
  7. And then cross-wise into 1/2-inch-wide strips...........
  8. To serve, put the lettuce on a serving platter
  9. And arrange beef, mango and bell pepper on top
  10. Of the lettuce. ..............
  11. Drizzle 1/2 cup of the dressing over the salad
  12. Then pass the remaining dressing separately.
  13. Makes 4 to 6 servings..........yummy its so good
