Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve the Jello in the boiling water.
  2. Add the beet juice, vinegar, salt, grated onion and horseradish.
  3. Chill until partially set.
  4. Fold in the celery and beets.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Unmold and serve with mayonnaise on the side.
