Caramelized Onion Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Heat butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and spices.
  3. Saute 10 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to med/low.
  5. Stir occasionally until onions are caramelized.
  6. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, & mayo.
  7. Add onions to mixture.
