Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a heavy saucepan melt the butter over medium-high heat; add in garlic and cayenne and cook stirring for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add in the soft cream cheese and stir until melted.
  3. Add in milk; bring to a simmer over low heat whisking until combined, smooth and heated through.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, then season with black pepper to taste.
