Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice the tomatoes
  2. Slice the cheese about 1/4 each
  3. Leaf the basil
  4. Lay the tomatoes in a shallow dish
  5. Salt
  6. Layer the cheese then the basil, one on each tomato
  7. Sprinkle with oil & vinegar
  8. Let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving
