Canadian Summer Salad With Sunflower Seed Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Break Head leaf or Boston lettuce into bite sized pieces. Cut the green beans and tomatoes in half. Combine all the prepared vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. To make the dressing, combine the sunflower seed oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Whisk briskly with a fork. Pour over the salad and toss.
  3. Toss the dressed salad with the sunflower seeds and grated cheese. Serves 8.
