Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork
  • 4 small yellow zuccchini sliced
  • 1 large bag frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup. jalenpeno peppers chopped fine
  • 1 small sliced onionz can tomato sauce1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 cup. water
  • 1 tsp each: garlic powder , pepper, cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Brown pork till almost done.
  2. Add onion and zucchini.
  3. Cook till soft.
  4. Add rest of ing simmer one hour on low heat.. covered
  5. I used a 'dutch oven'
