Grilled BBQ Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz pork , stove top stuffing (1 box)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix together above ingredients. Form into a loaf.
  2. Place in an aluminum Hot Bag. Pour a layer of BBQ sauce over the top of the loaf. Salt and pepper and more garlic powder also if desired. Seal Bag. Place on a rack over hot coals. Flip bag every now and then. Grill until done (aprox. 1 hour).
