Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine Cabbages in mixing bowl
  2. Chop fresh green pepper the way you like it
  3. Finely chop parsley
  4. Add olive oil to taste ( I never measure-it's probably a 1/4 cup)
  5. Add Apple cider vinegar to taste ( aprox 1/2 a cup)
  6. Salt to taste or use lemon juice
  7. I've never found the poppy seed altering the flavor much-so to me they're for decoration
  8. Toss like a salad-chill for at least a half hour
  9. Taste great with crispy chicken breast or buffalo sauced chicken breast-oh and BBQ'd tri-tip
