Ingredients:

  • 4 whole eggs whipped
  • 2 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients very well.
  2. On a preheated griddle, spoon batter and cook until bubbles stop forming.
