Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix wet ingredients.
  4. Add wet to dry.
  5. Mix well with whisk.
  6. You may need more milk for thinner cakes.
