Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly to remove all lumps.
  2. Heat skillet and add oil.
  3. Spread spoonful of batter very thinly in pan.
  4. Turn when bubbles start to pop and continue to cook until desired color is achieved.
  5. Leftovers can be stored in refrigerator and reheated in pan or toaster oven.
