Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First add two tablespoons of oil to a skillet
  2. Tun on a high heat and fry the spices
  3. Then add the potato and lower heat and fry for 5 mins till squashable lol
  4. Then add chopped onion and fry till golden brown
  5. Add cooked(microwaved)rice and stir thouroughly
  6. Add red kidney beans
  7. Fry for 5 minutes on a high heat then serve
