Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet heat the oil, sauté the onions for 3-4 minutes, add the potatoes and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes stirring often.
  2. Tip - You can use any flavor dressing if you do not like ranch. If you want a quicker version, place the potatoes in the microwave for 10 minutes, peel the skin off and cube, cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes stirring often.
