Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean n wash the basmati rice n soak it atleast for 30 mins prior cooking
  2. In a heavy sauce pan add ghee n fry cashewnut till golden brown remove n keep a side
  3. Add the spice n saute it on a medium to low flame for few seconds then add onion n cook till translucent ....
  4. Drain the rice from the water n slowly carefully add it to the spice mix add salt to taste mix all the ingredients well add water n bring to a boil n then slow down the flame completely cover the lid let it simmer ... cook until rice is done .....
  5. Garnish with the cashew nut n some corrainder leaves( if available)
  6. Ready to Serve Enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-P
  7. Tip :
  8. Carom seeds is optional ... its a very good digestive spice ... in early spring u can put in soil n if few months u will have parsely in ur garden or ur plant pots :)
  9. U can use clarified butter ( i have the recipe on my profile ) or oil as per ur choice ....
