Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients (milk, oil and egg white.)
  3. Add wet ingredient mixture and blueberries to dry mixture and stir until just moist.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, knead dough 10 times. Roll dough to 3/4 inch thickness. Cut dough into twelve triangular pieces and transfer to baking sheet.
  5. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack and serve warm. Makes 12 servings.
