Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Combine rice through sugar in medium saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer stirring frequently for approximately 15 - 20 minutes (until reaches a porridge consistency).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
