Ingredients:

  • 300 g sauerkraut
  • 10 g lard

Directions:

  1. Wash sauerkraut in water. Heat lard and add sauerkraut, pour wine and add bay leaf. Cook about 20-30 minutes or until sauerkraut become soft and translucent. Add some water during cooking to prevent burning. Serve hot with BBQ meat.
