Broiled Tomatoes With Sour Cream

Ingredients:

  • 12 large tomatoes
  • 1 1/3 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 6 tsp flour

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise.
  2. Squeeze gently to remove juice & seeds.
  3. Broil 6 from heat for 5 minutes
  4. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  5. Spread over tomatoes.
  6. Broil another 2 minutes.
