Broiled Tomatoes With Black Olives and Romano Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Slice tomatoes in half and arrange tomatoes cut side up on a cookie sheet or broiler pan.
  3. Combine olive oil and garlic and drizzle over tomatoes.
  4. Season with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with minced black olives and Romano cheese.
  6. Place the tomatoes under the broiler for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
  7. Remove from broiler and garnish with minced parsley.
