Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 25 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried basil

Directions:

  1. Slice tomatoes horizontally in half. Peel and mince the garlic. Preheat oven to 275. Add tomatoes to baking sheet in a single layer. You may need to use 2 baking sheet. add remaining ingredients. Put in oven for 6 hours.
