Broiled Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb tilapia fillet
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (i prefer kewpie japanese mayo)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT oven to broil
.
  2. GREASE aluminum foil (to cover your baking pan).
  3. MIX parmesan cheese, butter, mayo and lemon juice.
  4. SEASON mixture to taste with basil, pepper, garlic powder (set aside).
  5. ARRANGE fillets on the pan
.
  6. BROIL for 3 minutes.
  7. FLIP FISH FILLETS and BROIL for 2 minutes
.
  8. REMOVE fillets and COVER with cheese mixture
.
  9. BROIL until cheese melts (approximately 3 minutes).
  10. Make sure fish flakes and is done.
  11. EAT the delicious fish you've prepared!
