Broccoli Salad With Almond

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. slivered almond nuts (toasted )
  • 5 - 10 strips crispy bacon
  • for dressing
  • 1/2 cup. mayonaise
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Clean and cut broccoli florets into bite size or smaller.
  2. Soak into really cold water to keep it crunchy and set aside.
  3. Cut grapes into half (lenghtwise)
  4. Cut bacon into pieces. (I usually snip it with scissors)
  5. Drain the broccoli well, with clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
  6. Add all ingredients in a bowl
  7. Toast it with the dressing:
  8. Keep it refrigerated before serving.
  9. For the dressing:
  10. Mix all the dressing ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved
  11. And pour into the prepared salad.
