Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Steam broccoli and cauliflower, set aside.
  3. Blend rice milk, flour, nutritional yeast flakes, salt, nutmeg, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Place blended ingredients in a saucepan and heat on medium heat until hot and thick (stir often).
  5. Combine sauce and veges in an 8x8 baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle almonds on top.
  7. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  8. Top with scallions.
