Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces....after you wash it.
  2. Steam the broccoli.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Make a mixture (in a bowl!) of cream of mushroom soup, 2 eggs (well-beaten), onion diced, 1 c. of shredded cheddar, salt and pepper to taste, and 1 c. of Miracle Whip.
  5. Grease a 9x13 pan.
  6. Place cooked broccoli in pan.
  7. Pour mixture over broccoli.
  8. Add more cheese (whatever looks good to you!)
  9. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over top of broccoli and mixture.
  10. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  11. Enjoy!
