Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of broccoli mixture.
  3. Combine crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top of cheese.
  4. Bake 35 minutes in a pre-heated 350 degree oven.
  5. This dish will serve 8.
  6. Any leftovers are reheated very nicely in microwave.
