Ingredients:

  • 8 oz broccoli
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup
  • 52 g
  • 10 oz
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 tbsp.

Directions:

  1. Mix together eggs, soup, and mayo. Add milk, onion, mushrooms, and broccoli. Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with saltines (or Ritz crackers) and butter when half done.
