Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) bag broccoli
  • 1 (8 oz) bag cheese, i use american ,but its your preference
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup, your preference
  • 1 package cracker ( saltine , or like ritz again your preference)
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Boil broccoli, drain and put in small baking dish, add soup, mayo, egg, and cheese, mix together well, crumble crackers on top, spray with cooking spray, bake at 300 until golden brown.
