Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tomaote try and take all the seedes out so its not soo runny
  • 1/2 fozen hash browns or 1/2 cup shreeded potatoe (if using shreadded potatoes mix them with a shake of evoo or melted butter and seanson with a pinch of salt and pepper)
  • in mine we eat alot of spinish, and mushrrom and zuchinnie, now my girlfriend loves egg plant in hers ....
  • 1/2 tps wachestersiersauce (is that spelt wrong lol )
  • 1/2 tps salt
  • 1 tps black pepper
  • 1 tps galic
  • 2 tbsp whole milk or cream
  • 1/2 tps backing soda

Directions:

  1. Thaw your pie shell over night or a few hrs ahead of time
  2. Whisk your eggs and cream together and backing soda
  3. And add the veggies (chopp them in to good size chunks)
  4. Stir them up with the salt pepper and garlic Wsauce
  5. Pour into the pie shell
  6. Now top with you cheese, meat, then hash browns
  7. Bake for about 45 min 400 degrees
  8. Untill everything is golden and stiff 'ish
