Breakfast Peanut Butter- Banana Oat Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp peanuts

Directions:

  1. Boil Water, and Combine with Oats (I use quick Oats beacuse they take less time) and boiling water, set aside.
  2. Mash Bananas with Peanut Butter ( All- natural, no sugar or oil added; I only used peanuts in this recipe for the true calorie content), add cinnamon, and suagr/ sweetner/ stevia if you'd like to.
  3. Combine oatmeal and banana mixture together.
  4. Press into a square baking pan with hands
  5. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
  6. Cut into 3 sections, and enjoy breakfast!
