Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix together 2 cups self raising flour.
  2. 1/2 cup sugar.
  3. 1 egg.
  4. 1 cup water.
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. Mash banana and add to batter a mix in until smooth.
  7. Add butter to frying pan (skillet), not too much though, let it get hot.
  8. Place 1/4 cup of batter in pan and when it has bubbles on the top, flip it over and cook the other side.
