Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat ovan 350.
  2. Cook bacon (I do in oven for this recipe, 8 min at 350 on baking sheet with foil). Drain any fat. Bacon can be cooked to whatever crispness is your preference, I like slightly undercooked in this.
  3. Spread out crescent rolls and place 1/3 to 1/2 strip bacon topped with cheese and roll, pressing ends together so cheese does not seep through while cooking. Continue until all 8 are rolled and on baking sheet. Save any leftover bacon (should be 2-3 pieces)
  4. Bake according to package directions.
  5. Meanwhile, reheat sausage gravy in microwave. Cook 4 eggs to your preference (Sunnyside, Over-easy, scrambled, poached, etc).
  6. When crescent rolls are done, place 1 egg in center of plate. Top with 2 crescent rolls and top with 1/4 of sausage gravy. Add a 1/2 strip of bacon on top of gravy. Can also sprinkle with cheese for added 'cheesiness'.
