Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 4 cups bean spouts
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Blanche bean sprouts
  2. Mix all ingredients - add bean sprouts
  3. Drop large spoonful into 1 tsp hot oil in fry pan
  4. Brown and flip
  5. Add 1 tsp oil before each spoonful of mixture
