Ingredients:

  • 1/16 cup skim milk
  • 2 oz bacon

Directions:

  1. BEAT THE EGGS AND ADD TO A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL.
  2. INTO THE BOW ADD THE SHREDDED POTATOES, CHEESE,BACON AND MILK.
  3. MIX WELL AND PLACE IN A 350 F. OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 MIN TO AN HOUR.
