A GOOD WEEKEND BREAKFAST FOR 2. SIMPLE, NOT EXPENSIVE AND QUICK TO PUT TOGETHER.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
7 oz red potatoes
1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese
1/16 cup skim milk
2 oz bacon
Directions:
1. BEAT THE EGGS AND ADD TO A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL.
2. iNTO THE BOW ADD THE SHREDDED POTATOES, CHEESE,BACON AND MILK.
3. MIX WELL AND PLACE IN A 350 F. OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 MIN TO AN HOUR.
