  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Peel the potatoes and Cut into sticks. Partially boil the potato sticks in water for 5 min.Remove and pat dry.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and cayenne.
  3. Take milk in a bowl, dip potato in milk and roll in bread mixture. Place it on greased baking tray. Drizzle olive oil.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden on the underside. Flip and bake for about 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with additional salt and serve
