Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine bread and tomato cubes. In seperate bowl, mix oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Add this dressing to bread mixture, and toss lightly. Let stand 15-20 minutes, to allow flavors to intermingle, and toss lightly again. Serve with side dish of freshly grated Parmesan for sprinkling.
